Molecular biology

  • Test of pSB1C3 miniprep
    • Migration on 1% agarose gel (100V, 30min)

  • Making daily competent cells (BL21) and transformation with pSB1C3 (spread on LB+chlo plates)


Production

Problem with preculture => ampicillin


Purification

  • End of the purification for ELP-40 and -60
    => Begin of dialysis
