Molecular biology

  • Agarose 1% gel, 100V, 30min : no results for our chewback try
  • Digestion of our Miniprep
    • We want a tube concentration of 45ng/μl
    • We do digestions with EcorI, PstI, XbaI and SpeI


Production

Production of ELP-40 and ELP-60 in LB+glucose and Terrific Broth medium.
