Made miniprep and glycerol stock for P+RBS+yellow-green chromoprotein and P+RBS+eCFP from 6/9 transformation.

Test digested above clones with XbaI and SpeI.

Inoculated clones from yesterday's transformation (P+RBS+eCFP, P+RBS+YG, P+RBS+eYFP, P+RBS+red chromo, P+RBS+blue chromo).
