Design requirements:
 

  • It shouldn't be toxic to the humans or the bacteria
  • The top membrane should be permeable to gases
  • It should be durable and preferably inexpensive
  • It shouldn't break too easily and it should be flexible. To a point that a person could be able to walk with small parts
  • It shouldn't stick on a wound
  • The shelf life of the bandage should be at least a month
  • Easy and quick to active, a simple press on the bandage should be enough. and preferably active within 30 minutes
