September: Construct the polycistron plasmid (DNAQ926+umuD’;umuC+recA730;umuD’+umuC+recA730;DNAQ926+umuD’+umuC+recA730;) Add promoter to construct the expression vector Test the mutation rate

October: adapt the testing method and test the mutation rates Prepare the biobrick for submission
