Obtaining Nis A and Superfolded GFP in larger concentration for further use
 
Transformed BB PSBIC3 Nis A and BB psbic3 Superfolded GFP in E.col
Bands were observed and were OD desired size, so the transformation was successful
Plasmid isolation and glycerol stock preparation
