We provide an API documentation in detail, which can be download here. It is useful for other developers to modify, use or reuse our code.

Changes between releases

We plan to publish next versions of FLAME, rather than just release 1.0.0 version. Changes between these releases are available on our github page.(https://github.com/igemsoftware/SYSU-Software_2014)

Test coverage

We have already test the coverage of the back end of our software, whose result can be get by running runtest.py in the folder of SYSU-Software_2014.The result is as follow, which shows that the coverage most units of the back end is 100%, and the total coverage is 99%.
