The K346004 + BB_Essential binding system’s transformation greeeew!!! Now we have all biobricks cloned in DH5α. We made inoculation of the transformed bacteria in liquid LB with antibiotic. Tomorrow is the day to confirm if our biobricks were actually linked and are ready to be tested. =)
