We have officially started our Lab work! E. coli JM110 e C2925 alignments have arrived!!!! We will them to work on our genetic constructions! To made sure they were taken care of we cultivated it in solid media LB without an antibiotic.

Right after our lab work there was a meeting to talk about our Wiki, sponsorship and math modeling.

We had VF2 and VR primers sent to get synthesized and plasmid PSB1C3 was sent to get sequenced.
