Liquid : 3ml of Luria Broth 1x + 34µg/L Chloramphenicol in a 15ml falcon at 37°C shaking
On plate : LB 1x - Agarose 1x – 34µg/L Chloramphenicol
Observation: DmpR bacteria have difficulties to grow compared with GFP bacteria
