Culturing bphR1 promoter (BBa_K1155001), received from Saclay's team, in 5ml LB + 5µL Chloramphenicol (Cam)
Incubation at 37°C overnight
Plate of 1 colony on LB-agar-Cam (25 mL LB-Agar + 25µL Cam)
Incubation at 37°C overnight and glycerol stock
