October 13 - October 16
 
goal: place the anti Pseudomonas Aeruginosa system in Lactococcus lactis NZ9800.
 
We digested the anti Pseudomonas aeruginosa system and pIL253 vector with EcoRI & PstI. Then 20 ul of ligation mix was dialysed for 1 h with dH2O. the dialysed sample was transformed into L. lactis NZ9800 using electroporation.
