Constructed 4 more Reporters in Carb Resistant backbones.

Today's tasks:
  • Set up overnight ligation for four more Carb Reporters.
    • acfA, acfB, ctxA, tcpT
  • Prepared samples of remaining gRNA and Reporter Vectors for sequencing.
