May: Amplify biobricks.

June: Clone the WT DNAQ ,recA,umuC,umuD from E.coli.

July: Perform the point-mutation and truncation of the four genes.

August: Add prefix and suffix to the genes;

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAdd RBS to the genes.

September: Construct the polycistron plasmid

(DNAQ926+umuD’;umuC+recA730;umuD’+umuC+recA730;&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDNAQ926+umuD’+umuC+recA730;); <p>&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAdd promoter to construct the expression vector; <p>&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTest the mutation rate.

October: adapt the testing method and test the mutation rates.
