The CcdB protein, constitutively expressed by BBa_K1350000.We got two parts BBa_K581008 and BBa_K581008(RBS+ccdB+Termintor) from the Spring 2014 Distribution. We used 3A Assembly to assemble them. BBa_K1350000 is a suicide system can be induced by the addition of the chemical IPTG.
