Thanks to dongdong Mu we've received a l.lactis strain with GFP (pNZ8048G). We've made our own stock from this and created some overnight cultures for more experiments.

Incubated the GFP strain with ZnSO4 with several concentrations to check when GFP is shown the best. This was checked under the microscope which gave some nice pictures
