Purified plasmid DNA from gRNA Vector clones and Carb resistant Reporter Vector clones for testing later this week.

Today's tasks:
  • Made glycerol stock and Miniprepped clones.
    • gRNA Vector clones: acfA (2), acfB (2), tcpF (2)
    • Carb Reporter Vector clones: tcpB (2), tcpQ (2), tcpR (1), tcpT (2)
    • No clones grew for acfB Carb Reporter Vector
  • Nanodrop to measure DNA concentration.
  • Made P1 Buffer.


Lots of Miniprep!
