Instructions

1. Install Python (Macs already have it). 2. Install Django. 3. Download Protocat. 4. In the Command Prompt or Terminal, access the ProtoDB folder. 5. Enter "python manage.py runserver". 6. Go to 127.0.0.1:8000/ in your web browser.
