Notebook

You should make use of the calendar feature on the wiki and start a lab notebook. This may be looked at by the judges to see how your work progressed throughout the summer. It is a very useful organizational tool as well.

experimental part:
Prepare for the competent cell

BoBo and Ted decided to multiply plasmid within bacteria but not PCR, like this:
Transformation ( Cas9 in pSB1C3 into DH5α)
Incubate DH5α with pSB1C3

Extract plasmid with pSB1C3 from DH5α

other part:
Prepare Human practice (ppt)
Practice presentation
Design gRNA for AmpR
Discuss about project. Project Name is E.Maat for now (came up by Sharon)
Order restraction enzyme(PstI、EcoRI、XbaI、SpeI)
