Purified plasmid DNA from Carb Resistant Vector clones for testing later next week.

Today's tasks:
  • Made glycerol stock and Miniprepped clones.
    • Carb Reporter Vector clones: acfA (2), acfB (2), ctxA (2), tcpT (2)
  • Nanodrop to measure DNA concentration.
