Week 6

Sensor construction HbpR/HbpC:

  1. Culturing of DH5a which contains pHYB109 plasmid with HbpR-PhbpC sequence on LB-Agar-Amp (25mL LB-Agar + 25 µL Amp)
  2. Incubation overnight at 37°C
