In contemporary, sufficient attention are being paid to navigation and road planning with technology and economy developing at a staggering rate.Though the modern electronic computer technique and Global Positioning System have given individuals accurate location information and friendly user interface in our navigator.A multitude of complex path planning tasks still made the electronic computer technique meet a serious technical challenge in Large-scale-computations.The massive scale computing about series of path problems will beyond electronic computer’s capability. Using 4 kinds of basic groups for saving genetic information is one of the important features about DNA. Based on this, it is possible for us to code information in DNA strand and do some corresponding chemical operations. Our plan is to build a standard data base for every possible nodes and paths by using biobricks and save them as standard DNA coding. When each path planning tasks upload to our Information Processing Center, first we can screen out the suitable paths and nodes by comparing with real-time traffic flow information. In reaction vessel, these suitable paths and nodes will be mixed and create random pathways by using the ligase. Then we can use the starting point and terminal point’s DNA coding as the primer to screen random pathways. After using bead labeled or sequencing to confirm the details of the node path, we can get specific route plan finally. Using DNA molecules as processors, one can compute millions of routes simultaneously, reducing the time required through this massively parallel approach. Additionally, this kind of BIO-COMPUTING system will have much lower power consumption and less storage space compared with traditional computer system.
