Lab work
1 - Checking the transformations of DH5α:
Little or no growth. Spreading the transformation because we suspect a dilution problem :
- 1mL of centrifugated transformed culture
- Discard the supernatant
- Spread 100 µl concentrated solution on Cm petri dishes (chloramphenicol)
2 - Meeting to discuss the wiki's design
