In terms of measurement approach: Firstly, we participated to the Interlab Study which consists to measure GFP fluorescence for 3 mandatory genetic devices in order to compare promoter activities. Moreover, we performed the same measurements for 18 promoters from Anderson’s library. Secondly, we designed a phenol biosensor characterized by measuring the GFP fluorescence in presence of different concentrations of phenol. We are able to detect phenol at lower concentrations than previous teams.
