1 - Rehydration of the following biobricks:

  • BBa J23106(AmpR)
  • BBa J23114(AmpR)


Protocol:

  1. Pierce foil cover of well containing biobrick of interest.
  2. Add 10 μL of water in well.
  3. Transfer contents of well into a 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tube.

2 - Transformation in DH5α of the following biobricks:

Mathieu & Maher
