LB medium
Reagents
| 10 g | Bacto-tryptone |
| 5 g | yeast extract |
| 10 g | NaCl |
Procedure
- Add the reagents to 800ml H2O
- Adjust pH to 7.5 with NaOH
- Adjust volume to 1L with dH2O
- Sterilize by autoclaving
