Made fresh batch of competent cells.
 
K592025 was ligated to B0015 with pSB2K3 plasmid backbone.
 
Transformed into the E. coli DH5α and selected on Kanamycin plates.
 
 
 
Transformed into the E.coli DH5α and selected on Kanamycin plates. Plasmids were isolated. Double digested to check the size of the insert
