THE CENTRAL CHINA iGEMERS’ MEETUP
Hi, we are the HZAU-China team and we are glad to invite you to join the central china iGEMers’ meetup during 23rd to 24th Aug.2014, which is supported by Central China iGEMers’ Consortium(CCiC) and will be held at Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan. This meeting is more than just for fun. In order to discuss the iGEM at all aspects, We will talk about two topic：team project and team building and We invited Zhang haoqian, Liu yang, two accomplished former leaders, to share their experience.

Highlights
Our discussion will mainly revolve around two topics, our projects at hand and team management. We have invited Zhang Haoqian and Liu yang, the accomplished former leader of PKU and OUC, as well as several other experienced former leaders to share their experience and thoughts with us, and give their suggestions

How to join us？
Please fill in the registration form and sent it to igem_ccic@163.com before the July 1st.If you want to join us but need extra time to confirm the participators , please tell us as soon as possible.
What should you prepare for the meetup？
- attendance fee：￥150 （or less）per attendee
- We will provide catering but there is no arranged accommodation. So, if you are trouble in the accommodation, don’t hesitate to turn to us. And we can help you book a hotel.
- Team photos and short description, show your team and those fighting time, video is better.
- Project titles and abstracts, we will make a handbook, so please send them to us before Aug. 15th
- Poster (the size to be determined)
- PPT or prezi et al
- At last, don’t forget with a relaxed and happy mood.
What’s the CCiC ?
'CCiC', or the Central China iGEMers' Consortium, is an institution that has existed long before it's name. The iGEM teams of WHU, HUST and HZAU have had a tradition of close collaboration, visiting each other every few weeks or so, discussing problems and help each other.
