11 August - 15 August
Again we poured several gels with the GFP strain. These were induced (this time we incubated this for over 2 hours, the best result is reached after 2 hours.) and checked under the microscope. We finally seen some induced cells under the microscope.
We will still try to repeat this process several times. We'd like to be sure our cells can survive inside the the acrylamid. and also if it survives the solidifying process.
