Luria-Bertani culture medium + Mercury chloride (ML) production - Low Salt | ||
Reagents: 1. 5 grams of NaCl. 2. 10 grams of Peptone. 3. 5 grams of yeast extract. Reagents for solid medium: 1. 5 grams of NaCl. 2. 10 grams of Peptone. 3. 5 grams of yeast extract. 4. 15 grams of Bacteriological Agar. Steps: 1. Dissolve all the reagents in distilled water to 1 liter. 2. Autoclave for 15 minutes at 120 °C. 3. Add required amount of mercury chloride to the experiment. | ||
