We would like to express our most sincere gratitude to every person and institute that helped us during this whole project.
Prof. Zhang Chenyu and Prof. Chen Xi play an important role in the project idea designing. They helped in the revision of the idea. We would especially express our greatest gratitude to these two professors.
Thanks for the great support from M3 lab, Department of Life Science, Nanjing University and Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, China Academy of Science. They both provided the space for performing experiments and the required material involved in the experiments.
Liu Yanqing, Wang Xueliang, Xiong Aoli. These three person are the students in M3 lab who helped us in performing most of the experiments in the right way. Their advice mean a lot to us.
