Results / Heavy metals / Arabidopsis thaliana T4MBP

Labwork

  • floral dip method using our protocol
    1. integrated our T4MBP in our modified pORE_E3_2x35S
    2. floral dip
    3. after 6 weeks we harvested transgenic seeds from A. thaliana and plated this seeds on selection MSO-media
    4. potted transformed plants

Results

We achieved to regenerated young A. thaliana after the transformation them with our T4MBP.
