Currently ,as the rapid development of science and technology,many outstanding achievements have been obtained in the field of biology, which have brought great benefits to the mankind and our society. However, in recent years, some worry ing problems occurred in biology area. These problems concerned two parts: one is bio-security ,the other is bio-economy.
