Today, the only transformation which worked was the JM110 with BBa_K346004 (Bioaccumulation Biobrick)!! - JM110 com BBa_K346004 – pSB1C3 (Bioaccumulation Biobrick). | ||
We made a subculturing on solid and liquid LB chloramphenicol 34 ug/ml of JM110, with BBa_K346004. Also was done an inoculum of JM110 in LB media with Streptomycin 40 ug/ml. | ||
