Today, the only transformation which worked was the JM110 with BBa_K346004 (Bioaccumulation Biobrick)!!

- JM110 com BBa_K346004 – pSB1C3 (Bioaccumulation Biobrick).

We made a subculturing on solid and liquid LB chloramphenicol 34 ug/ml of JM110, with BBa_K346004.

Also was done an inoculum of JM110 in LB media with Streptomycin 40 ug/ml.
