If yes, which level is used for the most dangerous organisms?

<input type="radio" disabled checked>Yes. Level 4 is used for the most dangerous organisms. (True for most countries in Asia, the European Union, and North/South America. This is equivalent to the <a href="https://2014.igem.org/Safety_Hub#rgbsl" target="_blank">WHO system</a>.)
