Biobrick Blast Online, short for BBO, is an online OpenSource Biobrick alignment and search toolkit developed by SYSU-Software and SYSU-China. Have trouble finding a biobrick in a DNA sequence? You should try BBO! BBO not only contains the latest complete iGEM part registry data, but also help you search Biobricks in 2013 or 2014 iGEM DNA Distribution.

BBO is a user-friendly tool. Enter your sequence or import the sequence from your file, and then choose your E-Value, database and output format as you like, then you will get a list of Biobricks whose sequences are contained within your entered/imported sequence, as well as information on the Biobricks.
