Simulations
The simulation section of our project consisted of two main parts:
- Explore the virtue of our cathelicidin BioBrick system as a new treatment for inflammation in acne from a systems level approach.
- Introduce a new style of computer simulations without reaction constants to iGEM in the form of Boolean network models.
