Lab Work
1 - Phages P1 transduction in MG1655 and MG1655Z1
Mathieu
In 2ml Eppendorf :
- 4 eppendorf MG1655 (0.1ml + 50µl CaCl)
- 4 eppendorf MG1655Z1 (0.1ml + 50µl CaCl)
Add 100µl of the different phages. Wait 20 minutes!
Add in each eppendorf : 1ml LB liquid + 500µl citrate at 5.10^-3M Wait 1 or 2 hours at 37°C with agitation
Pour in LB Kan petri dishes, incubate at 37°C.(Turn the petri dishes over when there is no more liquid in!)
