This week the diffusion experiments will be redone for the last time. We're adding a positive and negative control to make sure our results are as they should be. There was one more change as well to the protocol: after inducing we've never really washed the gel to make sure the nisin is gone.
We've heard from several sources nisin is really sticky so before we put the gel inside a plate these will be gently washed.
