Crosstalk and host overload often prevents us to combine parts and modules to create larger scale systems. In our project, we proposed an elegant method to implement systems integration.
Mathematic model not only helps us predict and analyze the phenomena, but also contributes to the design of genetic circuits. We hope that any other researches can get insight from the mathematic model and make the rewirable circuit widely used.
