Today's tasks:

* Walk through lesson plan out community out reach project.

* Test Digestion and Gel Electrophoresis. i5.25.1-5

✓ Glycerol & miniprep (tcpB, tcpD, tcpQ).

✓ Inoculate (acfA, acfC, acfD, tcpT)(for acfA and acfB there were no colonies on the plate).

* Prepare sequencing order.

✓ Prepare props for Friday outreach program

Test digest for 15.25.1-5.

We got more supplies in today for the outreach program.

Preparation for outreach tomorrow!!
