Modeling

Ooops we didn't obtain enough data points to do the modeling that we wanted to do...Ideally, we would have gathered enough information about each RBS and promoter to create a model that predicts the best combination (for the best expression) in any given organism!

although, if there was to be a graph, it would illustrate the rapidly increasing level of anxiety as the summer went on, and the not-so-rapidly-increasing level of results obtained

Unfortunately, due to time constraint, we were not able to do that. Here is to hoping there will be future teams to carry on with this idea!
