Labwork

  • exchange the original promoter enTCUP2 of the binary vector pORE_E3 (AY562536.1) into a 2x35s promoter using this protocol
  • floral dip method
    1. integrated our T4MBP in our modified pORE_E3_2x35S
    2. floral dip
    3. after 6 weeks we harvested transgenic seeds from A. thaliana and plated this seeds on selection MSO-media
    4. potted transformed plants

Results

We achieved to regenerate young A. thaliana after the transformation with our T4MBP.
