bphR1 promoter:
  1. Culturing 1 colony bphR1 promoter BBa_K1155001, received from Saclay's team, in 5ml LB + 5µL Chloramphenicol (Cam)
  2. Incubation at 37°C overnight

07/28/14:

bphR1 promoter:
  1. Plate 20µL on LB-agar-Cam (25 mL LB-Agar + 25µL Cam)
  2. Incubation of plate at 37°C overnight and the rest was stored in glycerol 50% at -80°C
