This is a PLAIN TEXT VERSION of the Check-In form.
If the Check-In form is not working, you can use this Text Version to submit a Check-In by email.
Instructions:
- Copy all the text inside the green box, and paste it into a text editor, such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac). (It is a bad idea to use Microsoft Word for this task.)
- Fill in answers to the questions. Remember to save your work frequently!
- Open a new email. Address it TO: safety (at) igem (dot) org.
- (If you so desire, add other team members to the CC: line.)
- In the Subject: line of your email, please include your team name.
- Copy the whole text of your form (including all the questions and answers), and paste it into the body of the email.
- Send your email!
We will respond as quickly as we can. For most Check-Ins, we should be able to respond within a few days, but we promise to respond to all Check-Ins within one week, unless you are sending your Check-In after September 30th.
