Made glycerol stock of clones inoculated yesterday. Test digested clones with SpeI and NheI (all clones are correct!). Start first batch of double transformations - inoculated competent cells with gRNA/Cas9 and corresponding reporter plasmids: acfA, acfB, ctxA, ctxB. |
