                            <p class="text"  style="margin:5% 5% auto"><font face="Microsoft YaHei" size="3px"  color="#FFFFFF">Confusing biobrick database and different ways of interpreting the bio-system remain to be two main problems in synthetic biology. Our team has created "Easy BBK" to help wet-lab users get neat information and evaluation of specific biobricks quickly and to display their bio-system easily. Users can input keywords of the biobrick they are interested in, and select special requirements of certain properties that are listed in the software, biobricks related will be listed, sorted by a score given to each biobrick, which takes into consideration the current status, user comments and reviews, times of citation in a publication and etc. Additionally, users could draw their bio-system easily with the standardized biobrick icons, and they can also look into the detailed information about the biobricks in the bio-system. Finally, before self-created biobricks are uploaded to the official database, users could first assess their biobricks in our software according to our assessment model.</font></p>

Attend 2nd IGEM Conference in NCTU

Time: 8.3~8.6

We are very happy that we can attend this conference, we learn from each other, got exercise and visit many scenic spots at Taiwan. The first thing I want to mention is that it gives us a state to change our ideas, discuss with other people, so we can realize the disadvantages and inconvenience of our software. We think people's opinions are most important for our software team, and we will try our best to make our software suitful for most users. Besides that, we also make many friends, we even play cards until 5 o'clock in the morning, pretty enjoy!



Attend Software Track in USTC

Time: 8.14

On August 14th, three members on our team attended the meetup for software track in USTC. Seven software teams attended this meetup including SJTU-Software, SYSU-Software, USTC_Software, SJTU-BioX-Shanghai, HFUT_CHINA, NEAU_Harbin and USTC-China.
At the event, we shared our ideas with other teams, did presentations in both Chinese and English, and had professors from USTC comment on our ideas.
