1 µL | Primer reverse (10 µM) |
1 µL | dNTP mix (10 mM) |
5 µL | 10x PCR buffer |
0.5 µL | Pfu Polymerase (1 U/µL) |
to 50 µL | H20 |
Procedure
The reagents are mixed in a PCR-tube in which the polymerase is added last. Run the cycler using the appropriate program for the used polymerases and primers.
