The Calcium Kit
PROJECT: To create a series of tools for inducing, measuring and counting intracellular calcium spikes, enabling future study of calcium in bacteria and yeast, as well as create a groundwork for future genetic circuits to study calcium in these organisms, and, eventually, in multicellular organisms.

TEAM: The William & Mary iGEM team consists of seven wonderful, hardworking members of various classes and backgrounds! With five different majors between them, everyone plays a crucial role in offering a unique and amazing perspective on the same problems!
