Laemmli buffer
Reagents
277.8 mM | Tris-HCl, pH 6.8 |
4.4 % | SDS |
44.4% (w/v) | glycerol |
0.02 % | bromophenol blue |
10 % | β-Mercaptoethanol |
Procedure
- Add the regents to 800ml H2O
- Adjust pH to 7.5 with NaOH
- Add 15g agar
- Melt agar into solution in the microwave
- Adjust volume to 1L with dH2O
- Sterilize by autoclaving
